Effective Date: March 3, 2025

By using the services of D&D Electrical Services LLC, including scheduling an appointment or providing your phone number, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. We offer residential and commercial electrical services, including installations, repairs, panel upgrades, and lighting installations. All appointments must be scheduled in advance, and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. For larger projects, including panel upgrades and rewiring, cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 30% charge of the total service cost or a $100 minimum fee, whichever is greater.

All payments are due upon service completion, and all sales are final—no refunds will be issued. We provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship, covering only the original work performed. Warranty claims must be made within 12 months of service and do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external damage.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding appointment confirmations, service updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies, typically 1-2 times per appointment cycle. Message & data rates may apply, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties and use encryption, access controls, and audits to protect your data. D&D Electrical Services LLC is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of services, unforeseen delays, or electrical failures beyond our control.
